Chocolate lovers unite!
This recipe is quick, easy, and gluten free!
3 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg whites room temperature, separate
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Optional toppings: walnuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly spray cupcake pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk powdered sugar, cocoa and salt. Whisk in egg whites two egg whites and vanilla extract and beat ingredients together. Add remaining two egg whites and beat until batter is moistened completely. Pour into cavities of cupcake pan and sprinkle desired topping.
Bake for 14-16 minutes.
